My camera is stuck on firmware version 1.0.17. It first showed the update 1.3.6. The camera started the update, rebooted, but gave an error and did not update. After resetting it does not show the update option anymore. The previous one did the same thing, it was replaced under warranty and the same problem again. Should I return this one now? Please someone help.

Hi, 
Please try enabling a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely. If so, check if you can detect the new firmware and update it.

If you fail to control the camera remotely or update the firmware, please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
