Not able to pair at the last hurdle, suddenly it's stop working have another one at Mumbai which is working fine

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions for troubleshooting if you fail to set up the Tapo camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

Please confirm the following information if the same behavior occurs after troubleshooting.
  1. What's the LED status on the camera when you fail to configure it? Please send me a picture of the error message that appears in the Tapo app when failing to configure the camera.
  2. What's the model number of your router? Do you have internet when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi? 
  3. Is the Tapo C100 connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE?
  4. Please press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. When the camera has a flashing red and green light, configure the camera again, and check if you can set it up successfully.
