Now working camara C210
Hi team, My camera is not working the red led light blinks for few seconds and green led light blinks for 2-3 times and the lens shutter close and open.There after red led light comes on.Camera rotates. But amber light doesn't come on. Required support.

You can try the following steps to troubleshoot and see if they help.
1. Turn off the camera, and remove the SD card inserted into the camera if there is one.
2. Power on the camera with the original power adapter that comes with the camera in the box.
3. Wait for two minutes, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset.
4. If the camera has a flashing red and green light, you can try to reconfigure it: How to set up the Tapo camera
If not, please send us the camera's LED status after resetting.
