Hi,
Please try the following steps if the camera's default SSID does not appear.
1. Turn off the camera, and remove the SD card from it if there is one.
2. Power on the camera with the original power adapter that comes with the camera in the box.
3. Wait for two minutes, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then check the LED status on the camera.
4. If the LED is flashing red and green, test if you can find the camera's default SSID on your phone. You can test with different phones, tablets, and laptops if the default SSID does not appear on your phone.
5. If the LED is not flashing red and green, do the LED status changes during the reset process?
Best Regards
