Hello everyone.
For a few days now, when I open the app and point it at the devices in my mountain house, it takes a long time before they become available.
Before, I could look at a camera immediately; now the app displays rotating circles as it tries to reach the cameras.

 

 


Note that I'm now in the mountain house and that the cameras are connected to the same Wi-Fi as my phone.

You can refer to the following instructions to check and improve the camera's network connection stability.
How to check and improve the network connection stability of Tapo smart devices
 

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. The RSSI value of the camera.
  2. The test results of the above steps.

 

Note: when trying to load the camera in the local network, please turn off the mobile data on your phone. When loading the camera in the remote network, please ensure your phone has a good and fast internet connection.

Inexplicably, before I could try, the cameras appear as soon as I open the app.
