@Solla-topee I purchased my C210 on Amazon July 2025 and have the same problem of my C210 not connecting to the hub. The TP-Link camera list shows the C210 as compatible. Why is it not working?

Hi,
In your case, please ensure that the camera and hub are up to date and connected to the same network. If you can't connect the camera to the hub, please confirm:
1. Go to the camera/hub's Device Settings > Device Info page to check the firmware and hardware versions, then send the version information to us.
2. Please describe your network diagram in detail.
