P110 keeps appearing offline in the Tapo app

Hello,
I currently have ten P110 smart plugs and all are working fine, except one. It keeps showing as offline in the app. I've reset it and reconnected to my WiFi twice and after a day or so, it goes offline again. All of my plugs are running the same firmware.
Is there anything else that I can try, please?
Thanks in advance,
Gary

What's the LED status of the plug when it shows offline? To confirm whether the smart plug has disconnected from WiFi, it's best to check the router client list.
Check whether this plug shows online when your phone connects to the same local WiFi as the plug. *To avoid network switching and interference, turn off cellular data and disable VPN (if any) on the phone before the testing.

@Wayne-TP the plug is flashing green/orange and I can see it as an availble wi-fi network but not in the list of connected devices on my router.

For this case, there is a beta firmware that should help. If you want to try it out, send me a private message with the Mac address of the smart plug.

Beta firmware has been sent to your device. You may check it later in the Tapo app and perform the update.
Before the Upgrade
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
(3) Firmware downgrade is not supported. When a new official version is released, updating it will overwrite the beta version.
