red light on all the time
hello I have 1 camere tapo C310 I truy to reset bout the red light still open all the time ,what can I do ? I try to rest no working still red light on ,all the time thank you

Please ensure the camera is powered by the original power adapter and cord that came with the camera in the box. Then, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. If the camera does not respond to the reset operation, refer to Case 3 in the following instructions to troubleshoot and check if these tips help.
