Hi,

I just bought the C260 and shared the access with my wife. Freshly connected, freshly installed SW. Cam is on the latest FW - 1.0.18.

My live feed is basically instant. Wife's around 30 sec. We are both at the same WiFi network.

Is this an error on my end? Is this normal behavior? If so, why?

Thank you in advance for your answer.

Sincerely,

Finoozer

Hi,
The shared account can only access the camera's live feed through our cloud server. If the network environment is not optimal, such as the Wi-Fi network speed is insufficient, there is network interference, or delay, etc., you may need to wait when accessing the camera's live feed.

In this situation, please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value. If the RSSI value is less than -60 dBm, try moving the camera closer to the router. You can also try connecting your wife's phone to another Wi-Fi network or using mobile data, and check if these tips help.

Best Regards
