update c246d to support H500

on website found device will update firmware to support home base H500.
can i know Sep 2025 but can i have exactly date if waiting longer then this week or longer i might to use second plan to purchase sd card to storage record

Thank you for you reply however i contact with email to support team ETA on mail is 1 business day to respond today is second business day technician support answer about my situation
and today your official website refer : https://www.tp-link.com/th/support/faq/4191/ , change information from C246D will support in Nov 2025 Change to Coming soon what is that mean is NO exactly time line How i can trust about official website ?

Is there no beta firmware with support for the H500 yet? I'm also waiting for this update.

I just received this device. I asked numerous times about the compatibility of it with the h500 and always was a yes.
Now that I find out it's not, is aggravating.
It's the most expensive and was highly anticipated.
