Hi,
If you have changed the Wi-Fi network, please follow the steps below to connect the camera to the new network.
1. Power on the camera, wait for two minutes, and press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it.
2. When the camera has a flashing red and green light, refer to the following instructions to set up the camera and connect it to the new Wi-Fi network.
