Issue in Tapo C220 Camera – Auto Day/Night Switch & Poor Video Quality

Dear Tapo Support Team,
I have recently purchased the Tapo C220 security camera. I am facing the following issues with the device:
1. Auto Day/Night Vision Switch Not Working –
The camera does not automatically switch between day mode and night vision mode. Even in low light conditions, the night vision does not activate, which affects monitoring during nighttime.
2. Poor Video Quality –
The camera’s video output is not clear and the image quality is much lower than expected. Even after adjusting the brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness, the video looks blurred and unclear.
Due to these issues, the device is not working as advertised. I kindly request you to:
Provide a solution or firmware update to fix the auto day/night vision switching issue.
Guide me on how to improve the video quality, or replace the device if it is faulty.
3. Camera focus not on main Subject those detect on ai tag or other faces those not detected on tag –
If any subject in the Camera is seen, be it human pet or any other, then a white faded blood like effect remains on its face and noise is also seen. Even on 2k QHD quality the video noise doesn't look clear and sharp Whereas the quality of c211 was very good and fantastic and the night vision was very good which used to auto switch as well, in this camera the quality of night vision is very poor, nothing can be seen
4. Wrong Ai Detection –
Wrong Ai person Detection. C211 Much Better from this C220 Camera.

@Solla-topee Sir, till now whatever problems were occurring in this Camera, almost all of them have been resolved. There is a 2 problem with Sound in this, whenever I make a call, the voice is very slow, whereas if I talk while holding the mic then The sound is quite loud and crispy, as you had asked me to check it by turning off the mic in my previous post, I tried that too but it is still very slow while calling. I have to hold the mic while talking. The voice is very slow while calling. I tried increasing and decreasing the volume but it still made no difference.I have tried installing the app and resetting the camera but the problem still persists. One more Problem is with Alarm Sound Noise Create. Otherwise the camera is working very well, I have no problem with the camera, there are a few bugs, maybe you can fix them with the help of software update. My C211 camera had very low Wi-Fi range - 53-60 RSSI, whereas if I talk about C220, its Wi-Fi range is excellent, I get up to -35 RSSI. While the router is installed at the same position as mine, then why is there so much difference, I don't know.
And to be honest, the after sales service of Tapu is also good. I don't think anyone would have faced any problem with the after sales service of this camera. I am fully satisfied with this camera.My heartfelt thanks to the technical team at Tapo, they understood their customers well and resolved the issues they were facing in their Camera.
