TAPO H110 LED solid amber, cannot reset
Hello, I seem to have an odd problem with my H110 since a couple of nights ago (see thread subject). Below are my steps in troubleshooting so far:
1. Check TAPO app: shows H110 as offline
2. Unplug and replug H110: LED blinks white, amber, off, then solid amber. . . ultimately, no change.
3. Wait and observe. After about three minutes of solid amber, aforementioned blinking recurs: white, amber, off, then solid amber.
4. Check Wi-Fi router: Router control center shows that H110 connects to Wi-Fi for a few seconds then disconnects. (I suspect an issue with my Wi-Fi.) (However, Router control center shows that H110 has downloaded 60GB in the last month. . .odd)
5. Reboot Wi-Fi router: same results. White, amber, off, then solid amber.
6. Attempt to reset H110, press reset button for 5 seconds, per apps instructions, no response.
7. Try pressing button for 10 seconds, no response.
My conclusion: even if I change my Wi-Fi router, but still can reset the H110, it'll just be a decorative paperweight.
TL;DR:
My H110 will neither connect successfully to Wi-Fi nor reset.
