My cloud and local recording always lags and jumps like it is a timelapse video, how do I fix it?

  @Wayne-TP Tried all that, still the same and these are new installs on stable fiber internet. The recording jumps/lags, live view has no issues.

Download the video, and watch it through Tapo app or the phone's gallery, check if the same thing persists. *Test both cloud and sd card videos.
