Unable to Assign Tapo C200 to Existing Cloud Plan
Hi Tapo Support Team,
I’m facing an issue with my Tapo C200 Indoor Camera and cloud subscription.
I already have an active Basic Cloud Storage plan on my account niteshvmishra@gmail.com.
When I try to enable recording or assign the plan to the C200, the app redirects me to subscribe again.
If I continue, I get an error: “One email ID can subscribe 1 plan.”
This prevents me from using the plan I already paid for.

I’ve tried reinstalling the app, re-adding the camera, and checking updates, but the problem remains.
Please help link my existing plan to the C200, or guide me on how to fix this issue.
