My camera won't record the voice during calls. I just installed the device and tried to call the camera and record. It does not record my sound (caller) but i can hear the bacjground noice where the camera is located

Typically, your sound won't be recorded when you talk to the phone when using the Call feature.
If you want your sound to be recorded in the reported situation, please describe the detailed usage scenario and why you want your sound to be recorded. I'll then forward this feature request to the relevant team for evaluation.
