Hallo zusammen,

ich betreibe meine Kamera C510W seit kurzer Zeit und möchte den Live-Stream kontinuierlich auf einem älteren iPad darstellen.

In der Kamera ist keine SD-Karte verbaut.

 

Nach 5 Minuten bekomme ich die oben angezeigte Frage.

Auf meinem aktuelle iPad läuft der Stream ohne Rückfrage.

 

Mein iPad hat folgende Daten:

 

iOS 15.8.3

iPad Air 2

 

Beide Geräte befinden sich im selben WLAN, ich hab ja nur eins.

 

Hat vielleicht jemand eine Idee, wie ich diese Nachfrage abstellen kann?

Hi,
If your camera is working properly, the iPad and camera are connected to the same network, and the internet connection is working, then the iPad may access the camera through the local network or our cloud server. If the "Continue" prompt appears on the iPad, it means the iPad accesses the camera's live stream through our cloud server.

 

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot and learn more about the reported behavior.
Why can't I view the live stream of the Tapo camera continuously?
