Hallo ich habe Probleme mit der Tapo TC70 ich kann sie nicht mehr verbinden es geht ja nur 2,4Ghz mein Router bietet beides an 5ghz und 2,4 habe alles versucht ich komme nicht rein brauche Hilfe,

 

habe such den Router resetet und die Kamera

What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. What's the hardware version of the TC70? You can find the hardware version on its label or the package.
  2. Was the TC70 working before? Have you recently upgraded the camera's firmware? Did the problem occur after the upgrade?
  3. Please confirm that your router's 2.4 GHz is working. You can temporarily disable the router's 5G Wi-Fi for a test.
  4. What error message appeared when configuring the TC70? What troubleshooting have you performed?
