No picture
My camera stopped recording/showing picture. Otherwise camera is working - there is sound recording, I can see old videos. I tried resetting to no avail. 2 other Tapo cameras on the same network are working fine.

If you can't load the Tapo C125's live feed in the Tapo app, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the LED status on the Tapo C125? Such as solid blue, flashing red, etc.
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
3. Is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera, and then log in to the Tapo app to watch the camera's live feed? If not, please give it a try.
4. Is there any error prompt in the camera's Live View page if it's not loaded?
