Hi,
Tapo C113's firmware supports the feature to store the camera's video recordings on the SD card inserted into the Tapo H200. If you can't connect the camera to the hub, please confirm the following information for further analysis.

  1. Are the camera and hub connected to the same router? If so, please go to the camera/hub's Device Settings > Device Info page to find its IP address.
  2. What's the model number of your router? Please check if there are special settings, such as AP isolation, enabled on your router. If so, disable them for a try.
  3. Please connect a computer/phone to the same router as the camera, try to ping the camera and the hub's IP address. Can you ping them successfully?

Best Regards
