If the above steps do not work, you can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.
If the same phenomenon persists, you can contact local support with the following information for further assistance.
1. The LED status on the camera.
2. Your router's model number and whether your router has an internet connection.
3. The camera's MAC address.
