TV sets off dog bark detection

I get notifications of dog barks when watching TV no matter what is actually on. It can be a silent moment or noise but it still happens. No dog barking on the TV either.
This happens randomly sometimes a few times in a minute, there is no pattern. When the TV is off I o ly get notifications when my dogs actually bark.
I have turned down sensitivity to the lowest but it makes no difference.
Anyone else have this issue?

1. On the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, please send us the screenshots of the Detection page and the Bark Detection page.
2. After you get a notification of dog barks but actually no dog barks, please go to the camera's Playback & Download > Playback page to download the corresponding video clip and send it to us for further analysis. Please also send us a screenshot of the Playback page showing the video clip.
You can upload the video and screenshots to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
