Pairing not possible
The camera reports connected to WiFi but then comes to pairing process and fails

Typically, you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to set up your camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number of your wireless router?
2. Do you have an internet connection when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi on your phone or laptop?
3. Is the camera brand new? If it was worked, please ensure it's removed from the Tapo app before configuring it.
4. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera by pressing and holding the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.
