Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: V1.4.3

As the title say my tapo tc65 was connected to my WiFi but constantly offline it goes to orange color led. So i decided to go Lan but somehow it did not connect and always says to reset router and device. Done it multiple times but still no avail. Tried the Ethernet cable in my pc and it is connecting just fine. So need help with this

 

Regarding wireless connection, it revolves to -65 to -70 RSSI

Typically, you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if your camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
 

In your situation, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. What's the model number of your router? Is the camera connected to your router directly via Wi-Fi/ethernet cable, rather than connected to an AP/RE?
  2. Please describe your network diagram. How far is the camera and router? Are there any obstacles?
  3. The -65 to -70 RSSI value is weak; please move the camera closer to the router and check if it will work better.
  4. Would you please send us a screenshot of the page showing "reset router and device" when the camera is connected to the router by an Ethernet cable?
  5. When you connect the camera to the router via an Ethernet cable, what's the LED status on the camera?
