Do i need a sd card for my subscription to save to the cloud for 30 days because all recordings disappear and bout 6am

Hi,
If you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service, the camera's detection video clips can be stored on our cloud server for 7/30 days (based on the Tapo Care plan you subscribed to). After that, the video clips will be deleted automatically and can't be restored. There is no need to insert an SD card into the camera to store the cloud video clips.
Usually, on the Tapo app > camera's Playback & Download > Playback page, tap the cloud icon, select the date, and you'll see the detection video clips stored on our cloud server for that date. You can also go to the Tapo app > Cameras tab > Cloud Activity page, select the date to see the corresponding video clips.
If your camera's cloud video clips will disappear daily at 6 AM, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. Send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
2. Would you please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon? You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
