Tapo t65 picking up rain even though I've switched of motion and lowered person detection had eufy before didn't have this problem

Hi,
Typically, you can refer to the following instructions to see how the camera's motion detection works and some tips to reduce motion detections from rain.
How to reduce motion detections from rain, snow, or insects, etc
If your TC65 and C320WS continue to detect rain despite the motion detection feature being disabled, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, send us the screenshots of the Detection page and the enabled detection type pages.
2. What kind of notifications did you receive after the camera disables motion detection and detects rain, such as person-detected, Line-Crossing detected, etc?
3. On the camera's Playback & Download > Playback page, please download a video showing the reported phenomenon and send it to us, and also send us a screenshot of the Playback page showing the corresponding video.
You can upload the video and screenshots to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

@Wilp Hi I have another camera c320ws picking up rain I've turned off motion and lowered person I'm having to switch cameras of when raining what is use of motion when you can't use its feature I've lowered camera and lifted it higher having constantly to adjust and fiddle nothing works
