Hi,

Suddenly, night vision on my Tapo C110 stopped working. It was working fine a minute before then 1 Bulb was turned on, so night vision automatically turned off and then the blub turned off and cameras night vision click sound was there and it flickered for 3-4 times and boom. Night vision is not working anymore and everything is dark/black.

I have restarted the camera but no luck. Please provide a solution for this.

Hi, 
Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.

 

  1. On the camera's Live View page, please select Night Mode. Does the IR LED on the camera turn on?
  2. If the IR LED is on but the camera displays a black image at night, you can try to shake the camera and check if it helps.
  3. Please ensure the camera is powered by the original power adapter and cord that come with it in the package. Then turn off the camera and turn it back on to see if there are any changes.
