Hi, 
You can follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
  
  1. Turn off the camera, remove the SD card if there is one, turn it on, and wait for two minutes.
  2. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. If the LED starts flashing red and green, try setting it up in the Tapo app.
  3. If the LED does not respond when you reset the camera, you can contact your retailer or our local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
