My C310 and C120 cameras are not recording events

Model: Tapo C310 Tapo C120

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.3

The cameras allow you to view the live stream and appear to detect events, but they don't show recorded videos.
That started today, but at different times of the day.
