Tapo c260 is down and off.
Hi all, I bought Tapo c260 two months ago and light is red and it is off. It is the third time that occurs this. What should I do to avoid this - I don 't feel confidence with the tapo's quality. Thanks for your help

What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
Please confirm the following information if the phenomenon persists.
1. What's the hardware and firmware version of your Tapo C260?
2. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
3. How do you restore the camera's connection after it has a flashing red LED? By unplugging it and replugging it in?
4. What's the model number of your router? Do you have a stable connection on your other devices that connect to your router's Wi-Fi?

@luissanchez is the light red continously or flashing red? If it is red continously return it, if it flashes red it doesn't have a wifi connection.
