tapo c230 not stable after upgrade firmware 1.4.1, all good before upgrade this firmware version, video stream view smoothly from the app, but after upgrade the video stream start lag and most of the time not moving at all. please check.

If the camera's live feed is lagging, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. Does the camera display online in the Tapo app all the time?
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon and check the RSSI value.
3. What's the model number of your router? Do you have a fast and stable connection when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi?
4. Is the Tapo C230 connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly, rather than an AP/RE?

1. Does the camera display online in the Tapo app all the time? -> no, sometime it show offline
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon and check the RSSI value. -> there's no RSSI on the device wifi in the app, is this refer to mac address ?
3. What's the model number of your router? Do you have a fast and stable connection when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi? -> its singtel mesh router, i run speed test with the same wifi, its download around 400 mbps
4. Is the Tapo C230 connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly, rather than an AP/RE? -> direct to wifi router, the distance only 3-4 meter from camera to wifi router

Please confirm the following information regarding the reported phenomenon.
1. You can refer to Part 1 in the following instructions to check the camera's RSSI value.

2. When the camera displays offline in the Tapo app, what's the LED status on it? How do you recover the internet connection?
If you reboot the camera, it will restore the internet connection. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page to enable the Auto Reboot feature and check if it helps.
3. Could you please send us a video showing the phenomenon where the camera's live feed lags and does not move at all? You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
