Model: Tapo C210
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.8

Hello first time posting in this forum.

I have this new issue where my C210 will not connect to my wifi no matter what I do.

I have attempted to restart the C210 camera, restart router, change the 2.4ghz channel to 1,6 & 11 as suggested.

but all I can see is LED blinking red slowly.

I have not reset the camera yet as I believe the problems lies elsewhere.

anyone can assist? Thanks

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot when you fail to configure the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

If the same phenomenon persists, you can try to factory reset the camera, enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, configure the camera with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.

Best Regards
