TAPO C200 viewing not working outside of the home

I have the same issue; the app indicated that the camera can only be controlled locally. My 2,4 network won't show.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to control the camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
  1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have an internet connection when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi?
  2. What's the LED status on the Tapo C200? Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
  3. Is your camera connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly, rather than an AP/RE?
  4. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.

ANSWER:  YES, WE HAVE INTERNET: ROUTER MODEL NUMBER: G-2425G-A

  @Ellesor Alle meine Kameras funktionieren, nur mit Tapo habe ich ständig Probleme. Jetzt war der App eingefroren, musste ich nach löschen den App neu installieren- die Kamera ist offline.

Schon war die Kamera offline, dann nach eine weile von Support freigeschaltet . (die. Kamera ist im Ausland- die Ratschläge sind sinnlos). Im selben Netz. funktionirte immet gut, wie alle anderen.
