Tapo c200 Camera is not working plzz how to work

I have a big problem with Tapo C200... the camera works for the first few minutes then it goes offline and I'm forced to restart by always unplugging it. I noticed the solid green LED and sometimes the infrared LEDs stay on as if they were blocked. please help me I don't know what to do anymore. I tried everything described in the guide but I couldn't solve the problem. I NEED HELP

Typically, you can follow the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have a stable Wi-Fi connection from your router?
2. When did you purchase the camera? When did the offline phenomenon start to occur?
3. After the camera goes offline, it recovers after a power cut, but does it only work for a few minutes before going offline again? Do you mean that when the camera shows as offline in the app, its system LED remains solid green?
4. When the camera is online in the Tapo app, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
5. You can try to press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, then reconfigure it and check if it will work.
