Tapo C200C needed restart everytime
Dear Support.
I bought Tapo C200C camera 1 month ago and since then i'm experiencing frequent disconnections.
- The led is always green
- the camera is connected to a a tp-link router WR841N. It is a secondary router in my apartment.
- When i open the tapo App the video is not working and i need to restart the camera via app everytime to make it working. It does not matter if i'm in the apartment or outside
Would you be so kind to clarify the issue and provide directions for resolution?
