Dear Support.

I bought Tapo C200C camera 1 month ago and since then i'm experiencing frequent disconnections.

- The led is always green

- the camera is connected to a a tp-link router WR841N. It is a secondary router in my apartment.

- When i open the tapo App the video is not working and i need to restart the camera via app everytime to make it working. It does not matter if i'm in the apartment or outside

 

Would you be so kind to clarify the issue and provide directions for resolution?

Hi,  
From your description, the camera does not have a disconnect issue, but fails to load the live view page. You can follow the instructions below to see if they help.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?

Dear i have further investigated in the issue and i have arrived ath the conclusion that i'm in the situation below:

 

"such as the video takes a long time to load, keeps spinning, or fails to load entirely with error messages like "Try Again" or "Tap to Refresh"

 

I have tried to move the camera at 50cm from the wifi router and i have checked to power signal and is very strong.

 

I  have also updated both Apps and camera firmware and problem is still the same.

 

I'll wait 24 hours for your reply and then will return the camer as it appears a clear bug.

If you are willing to continue troubleshooting, please try to reproduce the reported phenomenon in the Tapo app. Then, refer to the instructions in the following link to collect the app log and send it to us for further analysis.
How to get the log of the Tapo app

Note: After you send the app log, you will usually receive a reference number (e.g., email TKIDXXX). Please provide us with that number so we can find your log file.
