C560WS Person Detection detects chickens as "person" when Auto tracking(Person) is enabled.
I'm using this camera to watch our front lawn and also serves as kind of a "doorbell" when it detects a person near our gate. It's connected to a h200 which triggers a chime via automation when there's a detected person. However, we also have free roaming chickens so it's pretty normal for them to go to our front lawn to forage. It doesn't trigger the chime when auto tracking is disabled even when the chicken is in full view. However when it's enabled, it detects it and gives false notifications to the h200 and also records it(I enabled detection recording). I tried lowering the person detection sensitivity(only person detection is enabled on the camera) all the way to 1 and it still detects our chickens (again with Auto Tracking enabled and set to person) and give false notifications. When I disable the auto tracking again, even when the person detection is sensitivity is set to 6 or 7, it doesn't trigger detection for some reason. Why is it so sensitive when auto tracking is on and much more sane when auto tracking is off?

Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon for further analysis.
1. Please send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
2. On the camera's Device Settings > Detection > Auto Tracking page, please ensure it's selected Tracking Specific Activity > Person Tracking.
3. Could you please send us a video showing the camera detecting a chicken as a person when the Person Tracking feature is enabled? Please also confirm the sensitivity value on the Person Detection page.
You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
4. Are the detection video clips stored on the SD card inserted into the camera?

PM sent. Auto tracking was set to track specific activity then person tracking. Person detection sensitivity is also set down to the lowest setting. SD is on the camera as well. All the necessary details were sent via the PM. Thanks.

Hi,
I have pushed new firmware to your camera. Please update it via the Tapo app and check if it helps.
Before the Upgrade:
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
(3) Firmware downgrade is not supported. When a new official version is released, updating it will overwrite the beta version.

After 2 days of testing, everything works perfectly, thank you very much. It doesn't tag the chickens anymore as "person." However I also have two (actually 3 but only two faces the area with chickens) C530WS that detects, tags and records chickens (sometimes even our cat) as persons. Same behavior as the C560WS really. I really want to activate the auto track on those cameras too. Can I also ask a fix the same way the devs did for my C560WS?

Does the Tapo C530WS recognize chickens as people only after the Auto Tracking feature is enabled? Please also provide the information in this post when using Tapo C530WS.
