Motion alarm won’t turn off
I have a camera in my bearded dragon enclosure but for some reason today only the motion detection alarm will not turn off even if I have it disabled in the app? I've tried turning the camera off and on

Hi,
Do you mean the camera will alarm when the Alarm feature is disabled in the Tapo app, or that the Alarm feature will turn on automatically after you turn it off, and then the camera alarms when it detects motion?
What's your camera's model number, hardware version, and firmware version?

Hi,
If the Alarm feature is disabled in the Tapo app for the camera, but the camera still alarms when detecting motion, please go to the Tapo app > Smart tab to check if there are Automation entries that trigger the camera to alarm or play a sound when it detects motion. If so, disable or remove the Automation entries and check if it helps.
