I have enabled only human detection all other detection like pet, vehicle, motion detection is disabled still for some days if neighbour dog come in the frame it detects it as human being and alarm rings at night causing disturbance in sleep. Pls fix the issue as it can be fixed through software update. I have set the sensitivity to level 6 which is default in human sensitivity

Hi,
You can set a lower sensitivity value for Person Detection on the Tapo C260 and see if that helps.

If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. On the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, please send us the screenshots of the detection page, the detection zone page, and the enabled detection types page.
2. Please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon.
You can upload the video and screenshots to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
