Hi,  
What's the model number of your camera? Such as Tapo C660 KIT or other models?

 

If the camera is connected to the solar panel and fails to charge, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What can I do if the Tapo Solar Panel fails to charge the Tapo battery-powered cameras?
