Push notifications not working on Tapo C500 – events detected but no alerts
Hello, my Tapo C500 camera is detecting events but I am not receiving any notifications. The issue started yesterday around 8:45 AM and today it happened again around 8:50 AM. Detection shows normally in the Events tab, but no push notifications arrive. I already checked notification settings, sensitivity, network connection, and everything seems correct.
Please help me solve this issue.

It's recommended to troubleshoot by following the steps in "Part 1 > Case 2" in the instructions below.

@Solla-topee Hi, I tried all those steps before and it didn't work. The good things is that an app update came out last night and after a few hours the notifications started coming through.
