Hi I recently purchased a c210 in the uk for my apartment in spain, I followed all the steps for setup and the camera connected fine to the wifi network in the apartment and worked as it should do in spain even when we were out of range and using mobile phones It also did an update while we were there so i am assuming its got yhe latest firmware. Unfortunately I can't check it as i am back in the uk and my problem is that when i got back to the uk the camera just says it is offline and I can't connect to it. Im not the best at tec stuff but any help would

Typically, you can follow the instructions below to troubleshoot if you can't control the camera in the Tapo app.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

Please note that our Tapo Camera supports cross-border management. If someone in Spain (such as your friend or family member) can still remotely manage your camera, but you cannot manage it in the UK, it may be due to restrictions on cross-border network access.

Belive me this is not your network in Spain, I have purchased two new 210 camera both cameras are feet away from cameras I have had in the house, and they are the worse ones I have purchased, they are constantly going offline and not coming back online, I have made a network on my router just for them two cameras and they will constantly go offline and not come back in, even power cycling the cameras off and on will still cause them to go offline, I have changed networks like they instruct you to do and they go offline, I have reset the camera multiple times and they go offline, if you follow there instructions down to there Word! They still go offline, they are the worse cameras we have, the old 210 work perfectly all around my. House, these two new cameras are utter terrible and do not work at all, so belive me your doing everything right it's just there cameras, so untill they realise and send out a firmware good luck

Please confirm the following information for further analysis if the reported phenomenon persists.
  1. What's the model number of your router? Do you have a mesh network? Do you have a stable connection when connecting to your router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network?
  2. Is the camera connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly, rather than an AP/RE? When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
  3. How often does the offline phenomenon occur in a day?
  4. How do you restore the connection after the camera disconnects?
