24/7 recording
Hi I bought this Tapo c246d which I thought can continuously records 24/7 but unfortunately it seems that it is not! I put SanDisk high endurance 128gb micro SD card. Went to the schedule recording settings, set to continuously recording 24/7. But unfortunately, it still only records event setting. Can someone help me set up continuous recording 24/7 please? Tapo support team, please help?

How can I store the Tapo camera video recordings on a microSD card
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. On the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page, please ensure the Local Recording option is enabled. Then please send me a screenshot of the Recording Schedule page.
2. On the camera's Live View > Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, please send me a screenshot of this page.

So I just want to clarify as I also want to be able to do full 24/7 recording that these camera are capable of doing it?
The c246D using always powered USB...
I am interested in non battery powered - non solar camera that can do 24/7 recording.
Local recording to a HD 500.

Hi,
The Tapo C246D supports 24/7 recording when a microSD card is inserted into it or a Tapo Hub H500 on the same network.
If you have many Tapo cameras, please note that only up to 4 cameras can continuously record when a microSD card is inserted into the hub H500.
