You can refer to the instructions in this post for troubleshooting. If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information for further analysis.
1. What's your camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version?
2. What's the LED status on the camera, such as solid green, flashing red, etc.? Can you control the camera remotely in the Tapo app when your phone uses mobile data only?
3. Please enable the camera's Alarm feature, and then check if it alarms when detecting events: How to configure Alarm feature for Tapo Cameras on Tapo app
4. On the Tapo app > Home tab > Bell icon, please check if you can receive camera notifications on this page.
