Customized device for Act and is locked
Hi team,
My c200 tapo camera is locked and I get a message saying it is customized act device . How to make it work with other internet provider?

Hi,
Usually, you can press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, then reconfigure it in the Tapo app to connect to a different router/ISP.
If your Tapo C200 is a special edition, we suggest contacting technical support for further assistance.
