Hi,
Usually, if you have shared your Tapo camera with another TP-Link account, the phones logged in with the owner account and shared account will both receive notifications when the camera detects events.
If you have any other questions, please provide the camera's model number, hardware version, and firmware version. Then, provide a detailed description of the phenomenon you encounter and your questions so we can better assist you.
Best Regards

@Solla-topee This is exactly what I have done but notifications only appear on the 'home' account and not on the shared account. It's a C460 camera running hardware version 1 and firmware version 1.2.0. If I look at Notifications on the shared account, I get 'you have no permissions' response. Any other ideas? Cheers, Mike.

Hi,
The shared account has limited permissions for the camera. It's unable to change or check the camera's Notification feature in the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings page with the shared account.
If the phone logged in to the Tapo app with the shared account does not receive detection notifications, please check whether you received them on the Tapo app > Home tab > Bell icon page.
>> If not, please go to the Me > Notifications > Management page to confirm the option is enabled for your camera.
>> If so, the phone can't receive detection notifications, which may be related to your phone's settings.
Why can't I receive notifications after turning on Notifications?
Best Regards
