Even after may times of hard reset and reset camera not showing the Wi-Fi Wi-Fi hotspot from the camera this is the issue and facing the order 2 camera set a time 

 

Both the cameras face the same issues but one of the camera has been solved after the reset but another camera after performing many research also it is not displaying the cameras hotspot to connect to Wi-Fi

Hi, 
You can try the following steps and see if they help.


  1. Turn off your camera, and remove the SD card from it if there is one. Turn the camera back on with the original power adapter and cord.
  2. Wait for two minutes, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, check the LED status on the camera. 
  3. If the LED is flashing red and green, you can go to your phone, tablet, and laptop to see if the default SSID appears. If so, you can try to configure the camera in the Tapo app: How to set up the Tapo camera 
  4. If the camera does not respond to the reset operation, or the default SSID still does not appear, you can contact your retailer or the local support team to check if the camera is under warranty.
