Caméra grisé en mode nuit
Bonsoir, je possède une caméra C425 et elle reste noir en mode nuit. Je suis bien en mode auto pour l'infrarouge mais rien à faire.
qui a déjà eu le soucis?

Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.
1 On the camera's Live View page, is the Video Mode set to Auto Mode? On the camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Night Mode Settings page, is the Infrared Mode selected?
2. Please check if the two IR LEDs in front of the camera will turn on at night.
3. On the camera's Live View page, please set the Video Mode to Night mode, then check if the two IR LEDs turn on, and if the Live View page is in black-and-white.
