Just upgraded to full fibre broadband with EE but now unable to connect my Tapo TC40 cameras via the Tapo app. Cameras have been reset via the small push button behind the rubber cover several times, power has been reset but still unable to connect cameras. I had no issues with the previous non fibre router again from EE. When connecting camera's networks on phone, says it's connected without Internet and I get a WiFi symbol with an exclamation mark at it's side. Any help would be appreciated

Hi,
After you press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, does it have a flashing red and green light? If so, you can refer to the instructions below to set up the camera.
How to set up the Tapo camera

As you can see in Configuration > Step 3, your phone needs to connect to the camera's default SSID first, which has no internet connection. Then you can go back to the Tapo app and follow the instructions to connect your camera to your new router's Wi-Fi.

If you fail to set up the camera, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

Best Regards
