  1. Please list the troubleshooting you did.
  2. What's the LED status on the camera, such as solid green, flashing red, etc.?
  3. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? What's the Tapo app version?
  4. If you can't load the camera's live feed, what phenomenon or message appears on the camera's live view page?
